Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • It's hard to judge this entry without knowing anything about Magic: the Gathering xD Music is nice, but better graphics (with maybe on screen buttons?) would have helped.
  • I've always thought that the GBA SP could be a very handy little utility device with the right applications and your entry is proof of that.
  • Neat tool! I've seen people play magic before, and I can see how something like this would be useful!
  • This can be useful for players of Magic: the Gathering, The graphics are too basic.
  • Surprisingly this isn't the first time I've seen a Magic life counter for the GBA, but this one is definitely more ambitious, with saving and supporting up to 4 players, and it even comes with banging tunes! As a result it's also more complex to learn and control, but I guess that's a necessary tradeoff.

Jam ROM submission

Ok - understood! I attached the GBA ROM file as "MYGAMENAME_jam.gba".

A readme explaining things in a bit more detail can be found here: https://github.com/krnlyng/magicboy-advance/blob/main/README
Note: This was done in ~2 weeks time and therefore is not super perfect, but i saw that this jam is going on and i thought it made sense to submit it despite that.
