Welcome to the GIMM Jam!
This game jam event is intended to allow GIMM students to have fun and make a game!

THEME: OVERGROWN

(Note: You must apply the theme in some way in your game!)

Not only is this a great opportunity to build another artifact for your portfolio, but there will also be prizes available! Once the submission deadline has passed, everyone will be able to vote for their favorite games in each category, with prizes for the winners:

  • Overall Fun
  • Best Artwork
  • Best Gameplay
  • Best Use of Jam Theme

    RULES:
  1. All games must be safe for work and school-appropriate.
  2. All games must incorporate the jam theme!
  3. All assets for your game must be your own work, and must be made during the span of the game jam.
(except for the engine--you can use Unity, Godot, or another engine if you want... you don't have to make your own engine.)
  4. Games must be made individually. Discussion between peers, helping each other and sharing your games is encouraged, but all games must be created by one individual and submitted by the same individual.

All games must be submitted by the deadline (March 10th, at 2 PM Mountain Time)... there will be no extensions!
