A seriously impressive game, not just for 72 hours but in general. Looks really nice, plays really nice, and a nice take on the theme!
Pre-Existing Work
Ponytiled, GGData, some code snippets from past jam projects (mostly menu skeleton) were used for the coding part. I also referenced Ponywolf's Sticker Knight Platformer a lot since it was my first time working with both Tiled and ponytiled.
I did look into Puggle, but never worked with it before and with no experience I consider documentation an important aspect when talking about using external code within a jam codebase - had to play it safe. I like all the GG stuff a lot though, so looking forward to Puggle's release.
Art and animations were all done within the 72 hours window.
BGM/sounds weren't made by us, those are mostly from OpenGameArt and Freesound.org. We did take some time to find fitting sounds and implement them accordingly though.
