  • I really like this one, very impressive technically, and an interesting take on the theme to boot!

The controls are a little tricky to get to grips with but once you do I'm happy to say it works very well.

Pre-Existing Work
I made this game with 8 hours on Saturday and 11 hours on Sunday.
I used 5 of my own modules to create it:

1. Dynamic Shader (on the corona marketplace)

2. Trig Engine (physics movement)

3 . Mini Map

4. Multitouch

5. Terrain modules inspired by the one on the marketplace store.

Man, it helps to have libraries!
I've been wanting to make a molecular, bacterial or cellular-based game for a while. I have had the idea of a physics based cell with a phospholipid bilayer kicking around in my head for a while and thought this would be a great chance to just sit down and make it. I had a lot of fun and didn't yell at the kids once - I swear!

Thanks to Glitch Games for organizing this!

I'm not sure if my APK is solid as my Galaxy Tab 4 couldn't hang with the build and I tend to do my testing on iOS before Android.

To the judges - If the APK is shoddy, I can send you payload package from a service I use so you can load an iOS build (signing on as one of my devices for the year).
