Really like this game, it's very well polished, the idea is fun and fresh
The only problem is it's literally a job simulator :))
Surprised this has so few ratings, and I really like the concept! The mechanics in place here are a really solid foundation, I only wish that how to achieve the goal of the game was a bit more clearly defined, but that's the only real main issue. I'd recommend taking a look at Only One Minute Before Restart from last year's jam for some inspiration on ways to add onto the core gameplay loop, possibly making it so the player has to do ridiculous tasks on the computer before they can even read the emails or something along those lines. I also think it could be interesting to think about all the different aspects of an actual physical computer and the applications it may have in store to create interesting or funny gameplay moments. Maybe in the middle of your job you get a "discord" call from one of the employees and when you pick up the call they yell incoherantly in stress!!! Just stuff like that possibly. I also enjoy the artstyle a good amount! I think stylizing the actual computer windows and such would work wonders, and maybe draw up an original font in the style since a lot of the game is reading. Great job though! The concept got my mind racing with possibilities I hope you can use in the future!
Thank you so much for the kind words, and for some great advice, too! We're glad you liked the game.
We're planning on polishing the game some more and fixing the bugs. Might release an updated version soon, and your tips will definetly come in handy.
