Really fun game and concept! I love the core of this game, and the large "dictionary" and rules.
My biggest gripe was having everything kinda "dumped" on me at once, which I think lead me to misunderstanding some of the game (for example, I didn't realize that the Text was the "spell" that the rules referred to; instead I thought that it was simply the name of the enemy. This I think could be solved by having the game tutorial you through the first spell casting).
If this game were to get a post-jam update, I would love to see a version where the player has a "compendium" that they fill out whenever they cast a spell, so that they can see what the combinations do, and maybe it could hint at what things lead to what other combinations.
Good luck in the jam!
