Quite buggy, but that's understandable. The grappling hook feature is great, but the theme doesn't really show in the gameplay.
love the style of this game! the music and art give it a cool feel. Gameplay could definitely use some polish but yall have a solid concept here!

I'd really really like if the grappling hook was more like a hit scan, id probably make missing harder.

The Art for this game is fantastic, I think the gameplay could use some work but overall I like it. Good submission
Art and music are fascinating, I love it. The gameplay is a bit janky though, understandably you were short on time. Jump should be on 'W' instead of 'Space' (at least allow both), also personally I am more comfortable with Left Click for attack and Right Click for grappling, 'R' for attack feels weird.
Music during gameplay isn't looping so when it finishes there's no music anymore.
You can grapple to ceiling to skip half of the game.
I must mention that I love character design and animations. I hope you make something out of this game with the things you've mentioned, because art and music are amazing (I must say it again).

We plan on continuing development. We of fell in love with the game story and lore. Likewise, we are sad we weren't able to polish as much as we wanted to but we will post updates (after the week cooldown for game jam).
Grappling fixes, we wanted to add more music and cutscenes as well as properly working enemies, bosses, more abilities and animation polish.

Also don't make the mouse cursor disappear when Left Click is held, it's easy to lose track of it.
