How does your game fit the theme?
You play as a literal tape measure which is used for building things to scale. You attempt to scale a level to beat the game. You are able to dash which shrinks the player (changes their scale) so you can fit through small gaps. Finally the map design was based on construction sites which build things to scale.

Nice job! As other said the grappling felt like it could be better, I just ended up not using it at all and just dash and wall jump my way all around. I had fun!

326 seconds lets go! Very fun and very challenging but at the same time didn't feel unfair. I felt like there was a lot of cushion for me to try different approaches without getting punished terribly like Getting Over It or something. Took me a second to realize the grapple goes to my cursor lol. Nice work!
