I liked the gameplay! It was challenging and engaging to try and guess how much volume I'd have to cut off to get the target weight--it was really neat. Drawing the lines with the mouse was cool, too.
I got to a point when I replayed the time trial where I wished the new cheese would fall faster so I could see the new weight earlier, rather than having to wait. I also sometimes struggled with the menu buttons; I think I needed to click directly on the text rather than being able to click the whole button?

pretty nice idea but the menu got some imprecisons and also is it just me or the score doesn't reset ?
Thanks for playing! Those are definitely known issues, I had to crunch a lot at the end to get it submitted on time so some stuff slipped through the cracks.
