I really admire your effort but I couldn't play the game beyond the sword outline. The problem was the screen size. I was using the full-screen mode on a MacBook air and had a majority of the UI cut out. All the best!
Game was a little rough to look at and repetitive and easy to cheese but I really did like the direction you went. I had a good time with it!
Drawing the sword and seeing it materialize for combat is really fun
