I think it could be very fun if the controls was a little more smooth and dynamic. The walking animation was a little strange but some monster annimation like the the flying eyeball was very good !

It definitely looks like a fun game idea is here. Overall, I did have some issues with it though: My biggest issue was that it seemed to not really fit the theme, but rather the theme was just tagged on in a "see? there a die technically! and the name says so!" kinda way, which is a major let-down to me. Also, the time in-between the player shooting feels a bit too long, which wasn't the most pleasant experience to me.
That aside, the movement was pleasant, and the gameplay was nice.

Very nice art cohesion. It felt like a tight experience. 
There's a chance I just didn't make it far enough and you already have this, but if not, I'd recommend adding some power ups to give some gameplay variety. Split shot, bouncing shots, heals, etc.
