A really fun game, nice use of the theme.
This game was fun! I like the premise which mixes real-time action with turn-based attacks. I agree that the player's turns were too short, but the various boss attacks were quite neat. The environment could use more of a connection to the magic show theme to help with the immersion, but I like the hat, bunnies, and knives in following that theme. Nice start overall.
Okay so, what to say
First, very good game! I loved it. Music on point, gameplay was great. The boss turns are awesome, the attacks are nice and well thought, and it was very cool to see them (props to the laser bunnies)
On the other hand, the 'player' turn feels, in my opinion, very frustrating. The fact taht our dice only gives us an amount in second is not enough, and with the boss moving that much, it can take a bit of time to aim properly (hence, 1 or 2 seconds are not great...). Imo, boss and plyer turns should have led to skills, with a fixed time for each turn.
But nonetheless, you deserve a very good evaluation, the game is NEAT.
