How does your submission match the theme?
Dashdance uses a single mechanic for both combat and mobility: the dash.
Dashing to enemies pulls your character towards them, but then also knocks them back into the air. You must combo dashes and double jumps to juggle enemies across the stage, launching them (and yourself) higher and higher. But be careful -- kill an enemy without juggling them into the right position and you may find yourself stuck...

Getting stuck to the walls end enemies ruins the playability of the game. I like the idea though.
I really like the idea, however it's a bit too hard to execute those moves. Maybe automatically launching player up after hitting enemy? I was quite often blocked by enemy after the dash so I ended up mashing buttons randomly hoping I will get higher :D
