I really liked the idea and the risk of trying to get the upgrade and then having to move back. Could use a few more curses but it's cool!

For a Game Jam this would deserve a 5/5, as a stand-alone release I have to be picky and reserve one star untill the game is giving me the "tiny bit more". I was impressed by your art, as I said before.
I can see this go in the direction of the FMV game 'The Shapshifting Detective' and I want more, I want to dig deeper, ask further and see where you guys can elevate this to! :) We need more crime and mystery point and clicks! ♥
