Great story, also the second car looks very bad ass (in a good way). Nice to have a music player in the car for choosing different tracks. The green arrow that shows where to drive could have been a bit bigger, in first level i also had problems seeing it because there were also green tiles. I like how the story develops while playing the game! Good game, it reminded me on the first gta.

Developer

Fantastic! Glad you enjoyed it. Agree with everything you said. Compass arrow definitely needs to be more prominent.

I like the different friction on the different terrain, and the camera zoom for a dramatic effect, and I like the sound dub when there are people saying and comment on what you do, also the theme is funny and put a smile on me, dang that new release, make me do this, lol. But the control is a hard one to master, maybe with some gear system.

Developer

Thanks for playing. Good idea adding gearing.

This one has plenty of character, but the driving physics are really hard to work with, and the camera's movement is very jerky. The lack of transitioning between tile types serves to make it all look quite rough. Still, the story gave me a chuckle.

thank you for playing and for the honest feedback!

we overscoped on this one, but we learned from it :)

Developer

Thanks for playing John. I really appreciate the feedback. Especially the live feedback onstream.

Your comments are totally fair. Game needs refinement. Turns out, I underestimated how difficult it might be to implement vehicle physics in a top-down game. Ironically, it would have been easier in 3d because Godot has a built-in VehicleBody node for 3d.

What's the brand of this car? Too hard to drive.

IDK, I'd have to ask your mom. It's her car.

Thanks for playing! Fair comment.

Rapido! :P Yeah the camera should really just be fixed and maybe user scrollable only? I really liked the game! Really good entry!

Developer(+1)

thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!

Developer

Thanks for playing. Glad you enjoyed it. Camera and physics need more development.

Really like it! But... Oooooh god the camera... Bleurgh!

Developer

Thanks for playing. I'll pay more attention to the camera movement next time.
