Very interesting concept. I included it in my Godot Community Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Great work on your first Godot game, and very nice concept! It's pretty well done, and I liked the art style, sound effects and writing :) Good idea to put an instruction screen with gameplay indications while setting up the stage for the player.
I got fired a few times but finally managed to get through the day, take that Mom :P
BTW, the jam requirement for providing source code is to provide the actual project files with the scenes, assets, etc., so that it can be edited directly in Godot and learned from/modified. As is, the sources you uploaded are just some text files of your GDScript code, so it doesn't really fit the requirement.
Very funny - gave me flashbacks to horrible tech support jobs.
Too realistic/depressing... Nice game! I got fired :)
Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm also glad it was realistic considering I've never actually had an office job before and was playing off of stereotypes/what I've heard.
I'm confused by the blue bar , blue is supposed to mean positive or cold, but here it's more like "how angry your boss is".
I'm playing without sound so i can't know when the phone is ringing :v
Enjoyable game :p
I probably should have used orange/yellow, I didn't really think about color connotations and just wanted it to be a distinct color from the stress meter. And you're right, there should have been a visual cue for the phone, another aspect I simply didn't consider until too late. I'm glad you ultimately enjoyed it though and I really appreciate your feedback. :)
That was pretty funny and it is a rather ungrateful job. Good job.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
Won afer third try, a bit buggy but pretty good game idea.
Yeah, I tried to fix all I could but I figured I probably missed some stuff.
Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback. :)
