  • This is really good stuff. The world and models look amazing. It is also inherently funny with the tongue mechanic. I wish there was a settings menu where I could lower the graphic settings, because I had to stop playing due to my crappy computer giving me less than 10 FPS in certain places. This is a very good looking game, and I suggest working on the player controls a bit more to make it tighter. PS. Reptiles rule.
  • Very cool concept! The visual style is really fitting and I love the character. The controls need a good amount of work - it wasn't clear to me at all how I'm supposed to navigate, despite the information on the stones, and I sadly didn't get very far past the game's starting point because I kept falling into the trees with no way to get out.
  • The graphics looks nice and the tongue is a fun game-play mechanic. I really like your in game tutorial a lot and it fits perfectly in your world. The learning curve is nicely paced and the level design supports it. There are some tricky platforming but you thankfully have a lot of checkpoints so you can try again in a few seconds. There are things that need tweaking. Its not big things but there are enough of them to take a way from the experience. At the start it is not obvious where to go since all you can see are branches and leafs. There is a bit of feedback lacking from both enemies and the environment. Make the thing that can hurt you pop out a bit more. Everything is green and brown at the moment. Also the tongue could use a sticking sound when shooting since you need to time retracting it as well. Overall this is a fun concept with a lot of potential. Good work!
  • Rather more difficult than it looked. I eventually gave up when I knew what to do but in 20 attempts was unable to do it.

Super fun game! Swinging with the tongue is great. The last swinging challenge was pretty hard, but I made it.

Nice game. I had fun playing it, but I had some minor issues with finding my way, mainly due to some "odd" starting positions of the camera (both at the initial starting position and after death). I felt like the instructions on the stones were at times a bit cryptic, and that the iconography above the head of the snakes when I got close to them was quite hard to understand. There is a lot of character to your character, and the level design felt varied but not chaotic.

Really nice game! Took a couple of tries to master the grappling mechanic, but after that it was pretty fun to use. The only thing I felt was missing while playing is ragdoll physics on the chameleon :) Feel free to send me a message on Slack or Discord if you want some extra feedback!

It took me 14 attempts to get past the first snake and 14 attempts to get across the river. I eventually gave up when I couldn’t make the two bouncing flowers (I must have tried 20+ times). Note that this doesn't mean I wasn't having fun!

Thank you! We will definitely work on improving the difficulty curve and responsiveness of the game.
