Really nice story! It was also very appropriate! There are a lot of spelling issues. I would recommend checking your text in MS word or any other software with a spell checker. I loved how alive you were able to make the sideview feel.

I was stuck at feeding the horse and hen, I think I have found water and food in my house, but still I don't know how to feed them.

But overall I like how most of the things in the game can be interacted, and they are remembering adventure of Harold.

Developer

If you walk up to the water bowls and the basket in the horse barn and hen house that will feed them, sorry i didnt make that clear in game.

Not sure if there's time to fix it, but I got glitched on the third gravestone. My game is locked!

EDIT: Luckily trying again I was able to finish the game.

I updated it yesterday, I do not know if that happened from the new update or not. I hope the game was playable. :) I'll go through the update asap and find out whats wrong.

Minor error that was passable, so no big deal.

I think it was a really good first game. I most enjoyed the little scenes that ran as the story was told. Gave a feeling of exotic lands and crazy adventures. The little fetch quest was not super fun. Felt like a lot of wandering to find the exact right triggers, but luckily hints were there to make it clear even though I got lost almost every step.

The little house that Harold has is just so sweet but so sad. He didn't seem all that lonely, but you never know heroes like that.

You should polish up the grammar and you have a great game. Really celebrates what the jam is all about.

Developer

Thank you, I know I have much to work on with my grammar and overall spelling in game. The criteria really helped me narrow down a specific task. I wish I had 1 or 2 more days to clean up the battle and spelling though.
