  • The game was both fun and frustrating, I managed to finish it. However, I can see how the difficulty might deter some players, especially around level 3, as it becomes quite tough. There are a few minor issues that made certain parts feel unfair, mainly related to hit detection. When your rectangle becomes smaller when charging jump, so should the hitbox/collider/triggerbox. I also got hit by a spike that was bellow the platform I was standing on, it was impossible to know that it would hit me, felt unfair. Also I once got pushed down by a moving platform and ended up stuck, forcing me to restart. The death screen texts were a nice touch. However, since you die a lot in this game, the long respawn time becomes quite frustrating. I really liked the music, it made all the dying feel a little less frustrating. I also liked the ending; it made the struggle feel a lot more rewarding. Overall, the game was fun, just a few tweaks needed to enhance the balance and fairness. Great work!
  • There is a mix of english and swedish. Keep to one language throughout or add a language selector and make sure the game translates everything. The ending texts were in English, while the menues and death texts were in Swedish. The difficulty ramp was a bit steep. Also a bit random difficulty where I thought level 4 was easier than 3. No idea if you are meant to play this alone or not, but I did. So last level was tricky lining up the rectangles :) I enjoyed the puzzles, and the length was good. I think it was a great game. The music and sound effects were great. The particles from jumping and the physics of the jump felt great, well done! All in all, reminds me a bit of that Celeste game. Or the annoying "I wanna be the guy". In case you didn't play it, check out Celeste Mario's Zap & Dash! (a rom hack of Super Mario Bros. 1! It's insanely enjoyable.
  • Fun little game with a lovely soundtrack. I especially liked that you could try out the game in the main menu! It has a lot of potential to be expanded upon, like I intuitively attempted to stack red and blue to jump higher :) It felt frustrating not being able to skip the death text, I'm awful at platformers but I think the difficulty ramped up too fast. But overall a fun experience!

Love the vibes of this. The minimalistic visuals and sound design go really well with the soundtrack. My only complaint is that the respawn time feels a bit too long, and that some hitboxes are a bit unfair (mainly the spikes). But in general, really nice game.

Such a stunning ost! Whoever could have composed it I wonder...
