Other comments (Code / Art / Sound / Audio)
Life became busy and I didn't get around to implementing music or sound sadly.
The wall pixel image used is a dithered version of a free-use asset.

Did you enjoy the jam? Is there anything you'd change if you could start over?
Yes, I enjoy this aspect of narrative games and would like to explore them further. If restarted, I'd prefer to implement more responsive content & allow for more paths for the user to influence the dialog.

Also sound! I feel as if the impact would have much better if I was able to implement sound or music, but due to this being my first jam I didn't have the experience or time to learn how to develop sound effects. But hopefully next time! :)

Aren't you awesome for being creative and taking part?

Yes

Thanks for this entry! It was an original experience. Took a bit to understand I could only move using W. The idea of an interactive advice-baed game is interesting though, I agree it'd be interesting to see if you can add different options to the player to see the outcomes of different actions/ Grats on getting involved in a game jam

Thanks so much for playing it and for the comment!

Definitely think I could have made it more clear to the player that they need to press W to move forward, a bad assumption on my part and a lesson for future :)

You're completely right, I think responding to player input in different ways would be very interesting.

Thanks so much for hosting the game jam and for your kind words.
