This was interesting and cool. I normally not into novel but like it because of the setting and topic. :-) Learned about this game some days ago and found it again because of #WishlistWednesday.
The idea is neat, but the visuals are too low-fidelity to be repulsive, and the writing is so heavy-handed that it fails to be scary. This might sound counterintuitive, but having your character matter-of-factly describe the horrible things happening to them isn't very engaging, especially when you've done so little worldbuilding and failed to establish how anything works.
There's no gameplay, which is fine for this type of game, but if that's what you're going for, your art and/or writing needs to be exceptionally good to compensate.
Also, there's only one music track, and it's on a very short loop, making it extremely annoying.
Ultimately, this feels like a less imaginative, poor man's version of "Discover My Body". Sorry.
