I came here after reading the comments on John Wolfe's video!

This was really fun and atmospheric-- i definitely agree with that going to a stranger's sleepover was always spooky. You really tapped into that fear! Good work!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Really cool text adventure game. The amount of art that was there really supported the story and what wasn't drawn (most of it) was easy to picture in my head from the writing. Only thing that took away from it was the commands. It would benefit it to add more ways to say a command. Sometimes saying "Use" an item works, but other times you have to say the action. Like instead of "USE RAG" you have to say "CLEAN", but you also can't say "WIPE". More command options would bump it up to a 5 for me.
