Human Code Awards is an initiative born from the growing presence of artificial intelligence in video game development, advertising, and other creative fields. While we acknowledge that the use of these tools will soon become the standard, we have chosen to create an initiative that rewards and celebrates traditional human talent as the primary way of creating and experiencing art.
An art by, for, and about people.
This jam is a celebration of handcrafted games. The main rule? THE GAME must not contain anything entirely created by artificial intelligence.
RULES:
- Originality and references to "handmade work" will be rewarded.
- Using assets is allowed, as long as you can prove they are free to use.
- If you're not having fun, it's not a jam! Take the opportunity to connect with your game dev team.
- And no AI, pls :) hah
We've set up a Discord so you can meet more people interested in joining! Just hop in and look for the channel where you can team up with others.

THE PRIZE:
The best games from this jam will be invited to participate in the Human Code Summer Fest 2025, where they’ll get to showcase their game alongside all the trailers featured at the event!

We’ll announce the extra theme on the same day the jam begins on DISCORD!
The Jury: The voting will be public, but an experienced panel of judges from various game studios will step in for the final decision if needed—especially in cases like review bombing or other issues.
