  • This was a gorgeous game to play Peter. Its clear that you are a master of aesthetics in both visual and audio. The sync between the audio and the projectiles, the pulse of the projectiles to the beat, the flare of the engine as you speed up and slow down, the ballet of ships throughout the game, so many beautiful details. The one thing to work on now - your game design skills. The core concept of both or neither on the shields was so unique but never really used. The difficulty wasn't high enough such that you could always avoid the projectiles rather or hit one then let the shield cooldown. Maybe if 1) the difficulty was high, 2) the shield colour was longer lasting so that always had to switch between them, and 3) there was an incentive for diving into the middle of the bullet hell and chaining shield colours (e.g. combo score, stronger gun, etc). Well done overall though, you should be very proud of this! - William
