The premise is great and the dialogue is mostly awesome; looking forward to seeing where this plot goes.
The graphics are good enough with an interesting retro aesthetic, I wish a few things could have been slightly nicer, a bit more attention to detail and proportions could have taken this further.
Game play wise, the game runs pretty solid, the quest system and dialog system are nice. Where it falls down is the fighting, the challenge will either be overwhelming numbers or just quick reaction time, both can be beaten by finding ways to cheat ( finding a spot where bad guys get stuck, pulling them towards you one at a time or running around at crazy angles striking every once in a while).
Overall this game is a great achievement coming from a single dev. Plot wise this game did not move too far forward from the previous game, but game play wise the open world aspect is ambitious although still mostly linear.
Remember to wait past the credits to the ending final scene ; )
