2 words on either side of the Scavenge table? (example: “Faded Picture | Sadly Empty” )
“Scavenge Supplies” may be a helpful clarification over simply putting “Scavenge”.
Make Action terms either nouns OR verbs; right now you have a mix of nouns AND verbs for the game’s 4 Actions.^
Make the words “w/ current mood” sound more like a human who experiences moods wrote it?
Incorporate that Scavenge table of yours into the Night Lookout action somehow?
example: “If Night Lookout is not taken this turn, roll 2D6 and subtract the higher result from your current mood, then consult the scavenge table, describing in a monologue both what you discover to be taken from your place and how you feel about this.”
In all of the above, i’m just making busy work for you to experiment with. If you do anything with it, you can have different versions to show people.
Your current design is solid the way you made it ( of course, the < sign you use in the version i have, version 29.06.2020, is pointed the wrong way, but anyone would know what you mean! A good mnemonic to remember the >/< rule by is: “The Alligator Always Wants the Larger Value” )
^ (For action terms, i’d go with verbs over nouns, personally, but that’s one person’s opinion ― do get more opinions before deciding on anything. For instance, i can see someone else have the opinion that they really like how scavenge is the only Verb action on the list — that this makes it stand out as super-important & kind-of unique action and thereby a cool design choice.)

Neat!
Thoughts here.
Thank you for the kind words! Do you have any ideas how might we expand and/or improve this little game?

Oh, i thought of something important. Add the sixth stage of grief, called “Meaning”, to the spot above the ++ on the mood slider.
Thank you for all the ideas! Some of them do look really interesting and I'm excited to see how I can implement them!
