You can use 20% downloaded assets for the game. You are free to download any number of texture for game. No of levels doesn't matters for the jam 2 - 3 levels are also fine. You can show your creativity in artwork or smooth gameplay. You have to participate alone as indie. You are free to use any engine for game jam.
