WELCOME

This is the second Jam Off game jam. This time you get 9 days to make a game and theres also Ultra Themia where you use 4 themes.

We write 9 themes in our discord server and then you choose two (or three if you join Themia or 4 if you join Ultra Themia) to make a game about (you only have to make one game). You need to write what themes you used in the description of your game. You cant choose the limitation.

If you join Themia (you have to write in your games description if you have) you need to work with 3 themes and 1 limitation. If you join this you will get more points. You can also join ultra Themia to use 4 themes and 1 limitation. This will give you alot of points.

Can I submit more than one game? Yes, but I would advise against it.

Can I submit a game I already made? No. You may only submit projects made within the time frame. 

Can I make changes during the rating period? Yes, just make sure that the original version of the jam can still be downloaded.

Can i make fangames? Yes. 

Can i give the game a price? No. We understand that you may want to make money out of this but no. Besides i dont really think that its a good idea to sell something that you made in only a couple of days.

Is there a prize for the winners? NOPE (:

RATING

At the end of the Jam, there will be a rating period that lasts 14 days. Your game will be rated on:

Gameplay - How fun is it to play (very important).

  Length - How long is the game (not very important).

Sound/music design - How good is the sounds/music (important).

  Use of limitation - How well the game incorporated the given limitation. (very important).

Use of theme - How well the game incorporated the given themes. (very important).

Story/lore - If the story/lore was good or not. (not very important).

Design - How good the game looks (very important).

Replayability - If there is a reason to replay it (not very important).

Themia - if you joined Themia or not (important).

Ultra Themia - If you joined Ultra Themia or not (important).

Amount of partners- if you have partners you will loose points (not very important).

Rule breaking- if you break any rules you can loose alot of points (very important).

PARTNERS

Its ok to have partners but you have to write it in the credits AND having partners might affect your score

You will get no help finding/getting partners because that is not really how it is intended to be done
