No it's not a mistake, we didn't manage to get a comfortably playable build out for the submission deadline but I submitted the project page anyway since Build A Zombie was made for and during the Jern Jam 2.
The game is set as restricted for now because I'd rather not have the unfinished game be public on Itch.io I'll wait for the project to be sufficiently playable to release it fully and the $4.99 price tag seemed like a reasonable price for this game since a release on Steam is also planned and we can't have different prices on different platforms when publishing on Steam.
It seems to be possible to get and distribute keys when in restricted mode, I was hoping that we'd be able to distribute keys to the other participants of the jam if we submitted the project in time, but alas, this is still a work in progress.
