Haha for me it was more like "8hours till end of game jam, lets search for unity game in 1 hour on youtube and then modify it" :D

Not sure I understand what the curses are doing, but nice pong implementation!
Increasing difficulty by either enlarging gamefield, speeding up the ball or decreasing the paddle size.
