My main feedback would be that the camera rotation being always active and tied to the mouse movement is extremely disorienting. When I first started I was so confused about what the controls were and how to make my dude face the correct direction. After realizing that, it was still kinda awkward because I kept moving the mouse slightly while clicking and my instinct kept telling me to aim with it. If you made it so the camera doesn't rotate unless you are holding right click or something, that would solve the problem.
