rule:

• The background of the game can't be change. 
• The sprite (or the part of) can be only turn on or off, no moving sprite.
• Prefer the sounds to be just beeps and boops but not limited to it, could be silent as well
• control input can use as many button as you want
• sprite while turn off can either be invicible or barely visible
• background can be as colorful as you like
• must be original idea or remake, no submitting the already exist Tiger handheld emulator
• must be standalone game, no emulator needed
