What is 'Learning Ladders'? 

Learning Ladders is a summer remote internship where you can work on an industry brief for a game design company. It is a week's worth of work to completed over a month. At the end, you will have worked at a games company for a month and will receive a certificate for your completion of the course.

What can we hand in for this Jam? 

It is expected that a game prototype will be completed that can be played through web browser.

Is there a theme? 

Yes, the theme will be announced at a later date.

What tools or engines are allowed? 

All tools and engines are allowed, just be sure to keep in mind the available hardware. 

What assets can be used? 

You can use any functionality or assets that you have the right to use, including asset packs. Be sure to check your licensing and attributions. 

What are the judging criteria? 

Rated on Fun, Creativity/Originality, Use of Theme, Polish. 

Who's judging the games? 

You lot will rate each other's projects through a rating system and comments! Be respectful and constructive!!! 

Can I build a mobile, VR, or other? 

You can however your scoring may be affected and you must clearly show it in the presentation.

Can I build a game in VR Chat? 

We request that all submitted games be standalone experiences, and don't require additional software.
