AR Bird Safari is an innovative AR game prototype inspired by the joy of birdwatching and nature exploration. Utilizing Niantic's Lightship ARDK, including the VPS (Visual Positioning System) and Lightship Maps, the game blends real-world navigation with augmented reality. Players explore their environment, use Maps and VPS to locate and identify different birds accurately, and collect them in an AR library. The gameplay revolves around discovery, learning about various bird species, and creating a virtual bird sanctuary. The integration of VPS with AR ensures an immersive and realistic experience, making AR Bird Safari a unique blend of education and entertainment in the realm of mobile gaming.
