Awesome hack! Even if the 1920s aren't your thing, I still recommend you to check out the threads, the tome-rules, the shifts and the adjustments to Fallout. That's the stuff for a Liminal Horror campaign.
Okay, there's a conflict of interest here because I did the copyediting. But I really love how this expands the rules of Liminal Horror to play CoC modules without reviving "insanity." There are so many great insights and tools here for a real campaign. (I think you could use some of these tools to run Delta Green modules as well.) Great stuff.
