I love writing prompt games because they are not only creative, but can also be highly introspective. This one in particular stood out to me for its emotional depth. I cannot speak for how anyone else may play it but I approached it on a personal level with my Beloved being a dear and old friend of mine (A beanie baby named Fetch). Played this way, the prompts ask you questions not only about your friend but also yourself, leading to a very introspective experience and garnering an appreciation for an object that you have assigned a soul. While there are of course many more creative and non-personalized ways to play the game, doing it in this way had a great emotional effect on me and I applaud its ability to draw not only thought but feeling from the player by way of looking through the eyes of such a companion.
