We're excited to extend an invitation to the Virtual Reality Valentine's Day Love Jam, where we encourage you to unleash your creativity and bring heartwarming, thrilling, and enchanting worlds to life in VR.

This jam is a chance to embrace the Valentine's Day atmosphere and craft immersive experiences to captivate, delight, and fill hearts with love for those who dare to don VR headsets. All experience levels are welcome to join and build the most enchanting VR experience they can imagine!

Theme Announcement - This will be made at the start of the game jam. 

The Submission Should Be Made During The Allowed Time Limit - The core functionality and concept of your game should be made within the time period of the game jam itself. Using portions of existing assets or projects to streamline setup is acceptable (example: VR Templates). Additionally, pre-made or purchased assets are permitted, as long as you have the necessary permissions to use them.

Cautionary Content - In order to keep this game jam a positive experience for everyone, if you intend to submit something that could be potentially sensitive for other players, it should be FLAGGED in the description of the game. Failure to do so, may result in a request to modify the submission or its removal entirely.  No NSFW content.

No Harassment - This one is pretty clear. When it comes to rating others or communicating, don't be rude or harass.  

Learn, Build and Have Fun - This jam is about having fun. Don't stress out trying to make the best game. Use this jam as an opportunity to learn something new in VR development and help others out along the way.

Can I work in a team? Go for it! collaborate with as many people as you want.

Can I submit more than one game? If you're feeling up to it, then go for it, but no spam in the jam!

Does my game need to be finished or polished? Nope. Whatever you can submit in the time period, just submit it! 

Can I work on my submission afterword? Yes, but uploads will be locked until the rating period is over. All players will rate games based off the upload file that was made during the game jam. Any upload made during the rating period should be played and appreciated, but not used in the scoring of the game.

What VR headset should I target? I'd aim for as many as possible. You can should also consider making both a PC build and Android build.
