I also included it in an article of my favorite games from this jam here.
Kinda creepy game. Don't know what was the aim exactly, but I should probably added some deeper, sound loop as BGM, maybe headlights, and some creepy hallucinations simulating a stressful, tiring long driving where the driver is nearly went insane. I liked the smooth controls, By adding more things to it, it could be a more creepy experience.
Drove for quite a while and was starting to expect the road to get all twisty and nightmarish - especially with the trees seeming to loom over more and more... but nope, I didn't drive forever, only 74km apparently, before I started ramming into the backs of things on purpose.
Good atmosphere though!
Nice one, but i like to play it if it has some objectives...
We had probably a very similar idea to a game. But I didn't finished it and deleted the texts and made it boring :)
Really quite interesting game! I included it in my compilation video series of the Low Rez Jam games, if you would like to take a look :)
The title is soooo misleading, no one told me I was going to have to drive forever. =D Pretty cool game, now with creepy anxiety inducing music!
Night-time driving? Check!
Creepy feeling? Check!
Existential dread? Check!
Goals? None
Very well-done, but could have a bit more depth to it. On the other hand, it says "drive forever" right on the package, so anyway.
