I agree with a lot of things Tim said! I think some simple adjustments can go a very long way.

The game runs smoothly and the graphics and sounds are cool! And there is a lot you can do mechanically to expand on this project!

Another suggestion that I'd make is to have 'W' also correspond to a jump key. I noticed that I could move right or left with (Left arrow and Right arrow (OR) 'A' and 'D') but I could only jump with Up arrow. Just a suggestion.

I really like the post processing effect you used on the camera! it gave everything a very atmospheric and mysterious look! I do have some little things that could be added in the future (or in a different game) that could improve it, like a healthbar, pause menu a basic in-game tutorial, and a camera that extends a bit more forward (especially during the jumping parts) are all relatively easy things to implement that could improve the quality of the final game a lot!

But overall a very cool little game, with some nice responsive controls and some REALLY nice looking sprites!! great job!
