MAYbe Queer Jam is a 2-week long game jam during the month of May where you make a game showing someone's queer awakening. MAYbe Queer because it's the month of May. Get it? :3

What kind of queer awakening? Well, that's up to you! As long as your main character realizes they fit somewhere among the LGBTQIA+ spectrum over the course of the game, it's a queer awakening.

There is no theme. Just take the queer journey & show someone having their queer awakening!

Looking for a team? Post about it in the 'Community' section! There will also be 1-2 Twitter events before the jam starts via @TheStorysinger on Twitter with the aim of helping you find a team.

Rules

1. Old projects & WIPS are allowed! Feel free to use the jam to finish an older project of yours, so long as it fits with the theme of queer awakenings! 
2. Submitting an unfinished game or demo to the jam is ok too!
3. NSFW games are fine. But it MUST be clear that it is NSFW, & marked as 18+ here on itch.
4. Here's a starting point regarding articles on the queer experience.
5. ANY form of harassment among participants will not be tolerated.
