the lowpoly model is cute, but it's surely much easier to play if it's top view

What a fun little pinball style game, it gives me inspiration!

Reminds me of the Original PS1 Armored Core games. It's a really fun little romp and a good pace for a Demo. Looking Forward to seeing the finished Game on Steam!

Nailed the style of a sega saturn game!!! The gameplay was fun and it feels like a bonus mode that would have been in an existing game from the time - but that's also a bit of a drawback, it would've been nice if there was a story and levels (but obviously its for a jam, theres constraints). Hopefully the full version has more going on in that regard!

I loved the sliding when you use the primary gun, it was a fun little touch. An issue I had is that the target missle would lock on to some targets multiple times, and it didn't quite have the effect of hitting everything on the screen that I was hoping - and the grenade launcher would've been fun if it exploded on contact rather than on a timer.

Great game!! Hopefully the full version has a bit extra content - I'll be wishlisting it on steam

I really liked the style of this game! I think a classic PC/XBOX style with blurred textures and a *slightly* higher poly count would have fit the gameplay a bit better - but again its minor differences, it'd be a good way to emulate a classic RTS/simulation style of game because the PS1 didn't really have much of those.

I think theres a lot of walking at the start of the game and it would be nice if the level was more linear, the actual layout of the level was nice and reminded me of something from halo (again relating to the whole pc/xbox style thing I said earlier)

I would love to see this worked on more with even more functionality with the mech, and more complex controls and buttons that'd give players who know how to use them a really good advantage but still be playable for newer people (or have some kind of difficulty which determines the amount of complexity in the controls). If you've ever heard of the game steel battalion, which had a special controller made just for it with a craptonne of different buttons, something like that.

Great game, hopefully you can add on to it or make something in a similar vein at some point

Very fun game. I took 13 minutes to finish and I think this is a pretty reasonable time for a little game for a JAM.
