~The JAM~

Memes are part of everyday life and culture. People look at memes to make them laugh, smile, or to lighten up their mood, but, what if memes turned against you and became the opposite? This jam is created to challenge future or present game designers to create a horror game that includes memes, dead or new. The community will then judge the games based on how the memes are put into the game, how creative the game is, and etc.

~DATES~

This jam will start on April 13th and end on January 1st with voting starting  right after.

~RULES~

- These games should be ORIGINAL and fit the theme of the jam. Using a few ideas from other games such as Five Nights at Freddy's and Undertale are okay, as long as the whole game doesn't feel like a copy.

- To fit the theme of the jam, your game has to include memes. If you want your game to include only one meme, you can as long as your whole game revolves around it or is inspired by it. If the meme doesn't fit in with the plot or the gameplay, it is considered not fitting the theme. 

- The game has to involve horror. If the game doesn't involve horror, it does not fit the theme.

~ADDITIONAL INFORMATION~

- You can make your game in any format or style! 

- Any program can be used to create your game.

- You can't add new files to your submission during the voting period, but you can afterwards.

- The voting criteria will involve creativity, gameplay, graphics, horror, and overall fitting the theme.
