Make a spaceship using this free pack Sci-Fi Heavy Station Kit dugout from DotTeam

A massive shout out to DotTeam who have teamed up with me to host this cool jam. This is unlike any other Jam I have done before, instead of having to worry about coding a game, you can let your creative imagination go wild making spaceships!

You are free to make whatever design of ship your mind can come up with

People will vote for their favourite design! Get your chance to win amazing assets from DotTeam:

• 1st place = Your choice of any single asset from any of DotTeam's fantastic packs on the Unity Asset Store
• 2nd place = Your choice of any single asset from DotTeam up to the value of $100!
• 3rd place = Your choice of any single asset from DotTeam up to the value of $50! 

Who Can Join:

Anyone can join, any skill levels and any experience welcome. 

We also have our own Discord channel (https://discord.gg/CXsGyQU) to chat with fellow gamers, ask questions and hear up to date announcements. 

Rules:

While there are no limits to your imagination, we ask you respect the following  guidelines.

1. Please follow the theme given for the jam -- if you have questions, reach out to us here on Discord [http://bit.ly/messydiscord]
2. You can only use this pack to create your space ship! https://bit.ly/dotteamfree
3. You must make a build of your spaceship using ONLY the demo controller from DotTeams free pack (you can edit the materials, textures and models you get from the pack but you cant add new models or parts from other asset packs).  
4. You can use any other assets or art to create your environments in your demo scene if you wish, but be warned the voting is ONLY on the space ships design and not to be voting on the environment or customisation of your build. You can also use free tools and scripts from Unity, such as the flycam if you prefer. 
5. You can use any render pipeline! 
6. You can customise shaders and make your own materials, such as for double sided materials on the walls. 
7. You can use post processing to make your build look great in all its cinematic glory!
8. The build of your ship must be submitted before the deadline of the game jam. We will not accept late submissions.
9.  Ideally upload your build to Itch.io to run from the web browser or downloadable. 
10. At least one of you in your team have to be a member of the community. Do not worry, it is never too late to join our Discord and become a follower on either Twitch or YouTube (the links are hidden in plain sight on this page)

Judging:

Judging will be open for you to vote for whichever spaceship you liked the most! 

Votes are only for the space ship designs and not for the environments or special effects. So if someone has put a lot of effort to make a fancy planet or space scene, thats lovely, but you wont get extra points for any of that. 

Winners will be announced the Saturday after submissions have closed.
