How is your game meta (within each relevant category)?
After Realm looks at the economic and addictive nature of trading card games by making parallels to slot machine gambling (and in essence loot boxes). Rather than being in a solitary zone like in front of a slot machine or within the the privacy of home, the main character spends their money in public like physical TCGs (while the actual player is not). The game is parody of both pokemon and yugioh, franchises that are both notorious for collecting among youth and having a significant social and economic influence in the real world while their videogame versions often create a space of abundance. In particular, collecting more cards and pokemon in a game is easier than doing so in reality due to economic constraints.

All assets were made during the jam.

I got it but I wished there was a bit more content.  I think it accomplished the goal set forth however, and I really enjoyed hitting the jackpot a couple times.  I was trying to run out of money but it seemed pretty hard... Other than that,

good work!

The collision is kind of weird in this one, and there seems to be nothing much other than talking to the storekeeper (which I guess... is the point?)
