the cold as exhaustion mechanic is really nice though every three rolls might be too much
Oof. The game essentially has fifteen rounds of battling the cold before it becomes highly improbable to stay out there. And then eighteen or less rounds before death claims someone. If only we knew how far the vault was!
I'm guessing the players will have to clarify some things, such as: X random encounters a "day" and 1 cold roll per "day", amongst other things.
