Pretty cool game, nice graphics too. It was a little bit easy, I won on the third try with only 2 upgrades (cloud dragger and parade speed). More levels and upgrades could be interesting to add. I did notice an odd thing where dragging the cloud to the left edge of the screen snapped it on top of the parade, which caused some happiness loss.

I really liked the artstyle, the 3d city looked colorful. The roads I assume were randomly generated? That's pretty cool if that's the case. The game felt a bit too short, as I beat the game with only 2 parade speed upgrades. Though I had a small bug with cursor getting stuck at the left and top parts of the screen.

good concept, good presentation, the use of limitation isnt very original, but enjoyment is really bad, it is really difficult to move all 5 clouds at the same time away from the parade
