The character moves like they’re a tank on ice and I can’t really tell where the hitboxes are. The careful use of pre-made assets looks nice, though.

Good textures, i think it will cool to make a better fight system, add new attacks and you also need to make camera zoom closer and add some effects to it, the game turned out very well
It was on the backlog to have two attacks based on how far away you are from the enemy, but I had a problem where I turned off auto simulation on the physics engine so I couldn't figure out why my colliders weren't registering for the longest time D:
I also wanted to add some camera effects, but ran out of time. Thanks for your feedback!
It looked like attacks were going behind the character, took a minute to realize how to fight.
The concept is really good, I like the combat system, but I believe the presentation is lacking. When smacking enemies is the main mechanic, and accuracy matters I would highlight the attack as much as possible. The tools you could use for that are for example zooming in the camera, screen shake or effects. But overall, I like the concept and the graphics, great work!
Screen zoom was something I thought about, but axed it due to being too time consuming, although a slow-mo zoom in would have been awesome. I should have cleverly highlighted the hit boxes (I didn't even think about that!) that would have really made it easier and more fun. I ran out of time for most of the FX, but I know it desperately needs it XD thanks for playing!
Pretty presentation and concept, it would be cool to have a kill counter
