Really nice Voxel Artstyle and Music (and Sounds in general). Gotta say though it took me a while to understand fully what to do, so a small tutorial could make this even better. But overall, nice job!
Good use of the limitation. The UI being so far away of the action on this one had me stopping to check my power so maybe showing the power over the player would solve that. Other than that It a fun gameplay loop that could easily be expanded.
Good job! It's a fun concept. It took me a few tries to realize what was going on, so I agree that it needs a bit more explanation. I liked it regardless!
really fun gameplay loop, really addicting
For the limitation it works pretty well gameplay wise. A bit more explanation on the mechanics would help.
Great use of the theme! I couldn't quite figure out what was happening at first, but I loved it after that.
Great use of the limitation and very nice game !
Interesting concept.
At first i was a bit confused on what to do so it would be nice to have some text explaining that i just have to walk into enemies that have a lower number than me but i managed to figure it out.
The popping in and out of the ground and enemies is a bit annoying. I would recommend to have that happen outside of the viewable area.
The sound works fine for me. (Google Chrome, Win 11)
Overall a pretty nice jam game :)
Thank you. That is a great suggestion. I knew it was a bit too suddend but aside from animating the spawn, which I ended up not having time for, I couldn't think of a solution.
