Small but nice! I find it very funny. Good job :D
Maybe you can give the player more time to round. I know that the time is increasing by collecting the frogs but I still feel taht the game is over too quickly.
while there isn't much gameplay, i gotta say there definitely is some charm here. i love the walk animation and the concept of hunting frogs with a tar mortar is oddly fascinating. add some audio, a highscore system and some polish and you've got yourself a pretty neat arcade game.
