your game is really and when i played it I directly think about the game "Islanders". It's kind of the same game. you have to place buildings next to other to win or loose points. it's a really great game. I liked it a lot.

If you want to improve this game. Add more usefull feedback and show to the player what buildings he has in hand before creating the building. What i meant by usefull feedback is about the name and utility of buildings. When i have to place a building at first i read the text and so on but it's not very clear directly so i just look at the number on the island and didn't read the text on the right anymore.

Here's my feedback:

  • Concept fits the theme and limitation.
  • Strategically building a resort is an interesting concept, but this is just 2D Islanders.
  • Why are there glitches on the island?
  • The art was alright, but there's a high contrast between the island and the ocean.
  • I wasn't a fan of the chiptune music.
  • I suggest comparing your game to https://quandangv.itch.io/dinosaurs.
